Bill Cheng
Bill Cheng (he/him) is a Justice Fellow at the Institute for Technology Law & Policy.
He recently completed his J.D. with a focus in technology law and policy, having previously earned a A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College. During law school, he served as the Senior Legal Impressions Editor for the Georgetown Law Technology Review and was selected as a RISE Fellow.
His practical experience includes work with the Georgetown Law Communications & Technology Law Clinic on FCC regulatory analysis and the Worker Rights Consortium where he researched cross-border labor issues in global supply chains. He has also clerked at the DC Office of Administrative Hearings and Disability Rights DC.
