Class of 2027

Laura Cvetkovski is from Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Inequality Studies. Prior to law school, Laura worked at Weill Cornell Medicine where she facilitated clinical trials in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. These included both drug trials and investigator-initiated studies. She later worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific where she oversaw the operation of a variety of clinical trials of many different disease indications, including infectious diseases and autoimmune disorders. She also conducted undergraduate research in molecular biology.

Laura is J.D. candidate and a Technology Law and Policy Scholar at Georgetown Law. She is interested in exploring intellectual property law, especially as it pertains to areas of chemistry, biology, and pharmaceuticals. In her free time, Laura enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction books, baking, and watching Formula One.
