Scott Buchholtz
Scott Buchholtz (he/him) is the Temp Operations Manager of the Institute for Technology Law & Policy.
Scott Buchholtz is a Temporary Operations Manager at the Institute for Technology Law & Policy. Scott previously worked as an I-9 Analyst at Georgetown University, where he verified employment documentation, and as a Program Coordinator at the Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute, where he managed federal and private grants, helped scholars obtain research visas, and assisted in contracting and budgetary matters. He holds a B.A. in Russian Studies and History from the University of Richmond and an M.A. in Eurasian, Russian, and European Studies from Georgetown University. His academic and research interests include Ukrainian security issues, the present and future of the Russian military, and how PMC organizations fit into Russian geopolitical strategy. Scott served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2018 to 2020.
