The Tech Institute is starting our 2026 programming off strong!

On January 15th, the Georgetown Law Institute for Technology Law & Policy (Tech Institute) and Knight-Georgetown Institute (KGI), in collaboration with Electronic Privacy Information Center and Cybersecurity For Democracy (EPIC), hosted a panel on platform accountability and the evolving interpretation of Section 230 for Georgetown Law students.

We were thrilled by the strong student turnout and the thoughtfulness of their questions.
