Georgetown Law Technology Review Symposium

January 30, 2024

Artificial intelligence has captured the imagination of average netizens and sophisticated technologists alike. While AI and generative AI already have several popular use cases across industries, their use and/or disuse in the legal profession raises important questions about how this new class of technologies will affect the law and the profession itself.

The Georgetown Law Technology Review‘s biennial symposium, entitled Artificial Lawyering — Law in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, seeks to answer these questions through an interdisciplinary approach of legal academics, government technologists, practitioners, philosophers, librarians, and media experts. The symposium will take place on the Georgetown Law campus in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
