As Program Coordinator of the Institute for Technology Law & Policy, Margo manages daily operations, program logistics, and communications while partnering with faculty and staff to develop strategy and advance the Institute’s goals.

Before joining the Institute, Margo earned her B.A. in International Relations at Colgate, with minors in Economics and Chinese. She interned at the UN’s International Telecommunications Union and received multiple grants to research tech governance, including the UN’s role in the “splinternet” and Montana’s TikTok ban. Her senior thesis on content moderation on TikTok and Douyin earned Political Science Honors.

After graduating, Margo moved to Paris to work as a Research Assistant for Visiting Professor Kate Klonick at Sciences Po Law School, focusing on European platform governance regulations and contributing to academic research in the field.

Now based in Washington, DC, Margo enjoys exploring the city through runs, bike rides, museum visits, and discovering new coffee shops.
