Georgetown Law Technology Review (GLTR)

The Georgetown Law Technology Review (GLTR) is an open-access, online law journal that showcases the scholarship and leadership of Georgetown Law students working at the forefront of law and technology. Through articles, student notes, and explanatory pieces, GLTR bridges legal and technical perspectives, making complex technological and legal developments accessible to a broad audience. Grounded in core areas such as privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and telecommunications, the journal also engages emerging issues shaping the future of the legal profession. Published exclusively online, GLTR releases two major issues each year alongside regularly updated content.

Insights is a collection of timely analysis, commentary, and research produced by Tech Institute faculty, fellows, staff, and affiliates. These pieces translate complex legal and technological developments into accessible perspectives for a broad audience, engaging with emerging issues at the intersection of technology, law, and policy as they unfold.
