Class of 2025

Evan Chiacchiaro is a second-year Evening Student interested in the intersection of technology and democratic governance. During the day, he works as a Senior Government Program Manager at Dcode, a small business working to help drive emerging technology adoption in the federal government. Prior to Dcode, Evan supported federal, state, and local government agencies, including work at DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis, TSA, the State Department, and the Government of the District of Columbia.

Evan is originally from Long Island, NY but has called Washington, DC home since 2011. He has an MA in Democracy and Governance Studies from Georgetown University (2017) and a BA from Tufts University (2011), where he double-majored in American History and International Relations – Middle East and North Africa concentration. He wrote his undergraduate thesis on Hamas and Hizballah’s participation in electoral politics.
