Bill Zapf is a partner at Kaiser PLLC, a litigation boutique in Washington, D.C. His practice encompasses complex civil disputes, white-collar criminal defense, and government investigations. Bill has a particular focus on matters involving legal ethics, including legal malpractice, disciplinary defense, and bar admissions. Before joining Kaiser, he worked at Covington & Burling LLP. He clerked for the Honorable Roger W. Titus, United States District Judge for the District of Maryland. Bill graduated with Highest Honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the George Washington Law Review.
