Sandy Paik serves as General Counsel for Tower Companies with experience in financial services, commercial real estate, affordable housing and community development, and infrastructure. Her previous in-house roles include serving as General Counsel for DC Green Bank and as in-house counsel with Freddie Mac, Willco and InSite Wireless Group. Prior to her in-house career, Professor Paik was an associate at Goulston & Storrs, P.C., Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, and Reese and Carney LLP (n/k/a Carney Kelehan Bresler Bennett and Scherr).

Her volunteer leadership includes serving on the boards of Association of Corporate Counsel National Capital Region (ACC NCR), Community Opportunity Fund, Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food and Agriculture, and The Carbon League. In 2025, she was appointed to serve on the Gaithersburg (MD) Economic and Business Development Committee. She previously was appointed to serve on the DC Bar Task Force on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility and served as Co-Chair of the ACC NCR Leadership Academy.

Professor Paik is an alum of Georgetown Law, Stanford University School of Education, and Tufts University.
