Professor Marx is the co-chair of the legal ethics practice at HWG LLP. He has represented AMLaw 100 firms in several high-profile and high-dollar value disputes, and represented individuals in disciplinary proceedings before state and federal bar organizations. He is a graduate of the Law School at the University of Chicago, and clerked for United States Federal District Judge Arthur D. Spatt.
