Jeffrey Roach

Jeffrey grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland. In 2024, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame Magna Cum Laude, double majoring in economics and Russian, with a concentration in financial economics and econometrics. He is keenly interested in world trade and its intersection in business, economics, and law.

While at Notre Dame he wrote his senior economics paper on the 1998 Russian financial crisis after studying abroad in Batumi, Georgia. He also studied developing economies, international finance and international macroeconomics, and worked as a research assistant for Notre Dame’s Kellogg Institute for International Studies.

After graduation, he gained experience as a courtroom clerk at Frederick Maryland’s Circuit Court for two years. There he expanded his knowledge of the court system and witnessed a diverse array of litigation firsthand.

In his free time Jeffrey is a big fan of exploring the outdoors, trying new cuisines, historical fiction, college football, and running.
