Sean Toal

Sean is a U.S. Army pilot and foreign area officer with 13 years of service. He graduated from West Point and earned a Master’s in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford where he was a Rotary scholar. Throughout his military career, Sean has served in multiple overseas assignments including diplomatic postings at two U.S. embassies in Latin America, where he managed security cooperation programs. He currently resides in Alexandria, VA and his hometown is Flushing, MI.
