Professor Guerra is a Senior Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, DC. Professor Guerra represents pharmaceutical and biotechnology innovators in high-stakes patent disputes. His work has contributed to significant victories in federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He has particular experience in litigation arising under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA) and in Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) cases involving innovative pharmaceutical products. He also advises on matters involving artificial intelligence technologies in the pharmaceutical industry.
