Professor Kuney recently retired from the law firm of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, and was previously a partner at Sidley Austin, where he specialized in business reorganizations and major civil litigation. His current practice focuses on appellate litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court and the various circuit courts.
