Adithi Vrushab

Adithi is a first-year law student and a member of Cohort 9 in the Business Law Scholars Program. After graduating, Adithi is interested in pursuing corporate law, particularly tax, M&A, capital markets, or restructuring.

On campus, she is involved as a member in the Corporate and Financial Law Organization.

Background

Adithi came to law school straight from undergrad. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and Legal Studies, with a Minor in Finance. She has experience as a Business Tax Services Intern at KPMG, and was a Junior Participant in the Deloitte “FanTAXtic” Case Competition in 2023. In undergrad, Adithi was VP of Finance for her sorority, President of Rho Lambda, and a member of the Dean of Students Undergraduate Honor Council.

This summer, Adithi will be an Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Scholar Legal Intern with the Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C.

Beyond Law School

Adithi is from Dallas, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys CorePower yoga, trying new restaurants and ranking them on Beli, and traveling (25+ countries!).
