Andrew Treiger

Andrew is a 1L at Georgetown Law in Cohort 7 of the Business Law Scholars program. After law school, he plans to practice corporate/transactional law in BigLaw. Practice areas of interest include Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Private Funds, and Tax. On campus, Andrew is a 1L Delegate for the Corporate and Financial Law Organization.

This summer, Andrew will be a Summer Associate at Fenwick & West, LLP in Silicon Valley, focusing on tax law.

Background

Andrew graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Prior to law school, he was a Legal Intern at Clarkson Law Firm in Los Angeles. He also has experience as a Private Equity Advisory Intern at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory in Philadelphia; a Business Development Intern at Eagle Point Funding / Deep-Tech Showcase in Jerusalem, IL; and a Financial Analyst Intern at WillnerHeller, LLC in Encino, CA.
At UCLA, Andrew was the legislative coordinator for the Bruins for Israel Public Affairs Committee, and was also the Alumni Chair for Zeta Beta Tau, alpha rho chapter.

Beyond Law School

Andrew is from Los Angeles, California. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, golf, and skiing.
