On campus, she is involved as a 1L Delegate for the Georgetown International Economic Law Society, 1L Delegate for the Georgetown Antitrust & Competition Law Association, and is a RISE Fellow. In her 2L year, she will serve as Vice President of the Georgetown Restructuring Club.

Background

Bingyang graduated from the University of Chicago with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Public Policy. After graduation, she founded Oceanview Partners, a tax and business formation advisory practice serving solo entrepreneurs and gig-economy workers. In addition to delivering customized tax preparation services, she advised individual clients through franchise acquisitions, including deal sourcing, NDA review, and lease agreement analysis.

This summer, Bingyang is a corporate legal intern at Arch Capital Group. Next summer, she will be a summer associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
