Brett is a 3L at Georgetown Law. He grew up in Woodstock, Maryland. In addition to being a Business Law Scholar at Georgetown, Brett is an Executive Editor of the American Criminal Law Review, an Institute of International Economic Law Fellow, and Captain of the Georgetown Law Softball Team. During his 1L summer, he worked as a judicial intern for Judge Paul W. Grimm on the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. This past year, Brett was a summer associate in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He will return to the firm as an associate attorney in 2021.
Prior to law school, Brett was a consultant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause in their risk and internal audit practice. Brett enjoys skiing, hiking in national parks, and spending time with his wife.
