After graduation, she plans on working in corporate/Big Law. In the long term, she would like to work for a government agency such as the FTC or SEC.

On campus, she is involved in the Corporate and Financial Law Organization as a 1L Delegate, and South Asian Law Student Association.

Background

Prior to law school, Enaya worked for Neal R. Gross & Co in Washington, DC, first as a Court Reporter, then as a Contracts Assistant.

She graduated from the University of Maryland, receiving a BA in Government & Politics, and a BS in Economics. During this time, Enaya was an Economic Research Intern at the Urban Institute in DC, a Congressional Intern at the US House of Representatives, and a Parental Defense Division Intern at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.

This summer, Enaya will be a Research Assistant for Professor Mitt Regan, working on amicus briefs. Next summer, she will be a summer associate at Davis Polk.

Beyond Law School

Enaya is from Potomac, Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys reading sci-fi/fantasy novels, hiking, going to concerts, trying new coffee shops, shopping in Georgetown, and doing solidcore. Enaya is fluent in Bengali and has a limited working proficiency in Spanish.
