His practice areas of interest include M&A, commercial contracts, investment banking, and strategy consulting. Ken is currently in Georgetown Law’s Evening JD Program and is Vice President of Sales Engineering at Recom, an ecommerce company.

Background

Prior to law school, Ken built a career at the intersection of ecommerce, strategy, sales engineering, and operations. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales Engineering at Recom, where he leads sales engineering strategy supporting enterprise ecommerce growth, marketplace expansion, and commercial solution design. This summer, Ken will be working in an expansion of his role at Recom, with an increased focus on commercial contracts, negotiations, and acquisitions.

Prior to Recom, Ken was Director of Sales Engineering at Pattern, where he led a team supporting new partner acquisition for global ecommerce brand partnerships. Before Pattern, he served as Director of eCommerce at Marshall Associates, where he helped build and scale the agency’s HomeDepot.com and Lowes.com ecommerce business. He began his career at Amazon as a Vendor Manager and Program Manager, managing vendor relationships, category performance, and cross-functional operational initiatives, and at CSX Transportation as a Market Manager, where he developed pricing strategies and market insights for the chemicals segment.

Ken holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Marketing, summa cum laude, from Florida State University.

Beyond Law School

Ken is from Florida and now lives in Washington, D.C. In his free time, he enjoys international travel ( he’s been to 6 of the 7 continents!), physical fitness, and spicy food.
