Leo is a 2020 graduate of Georgetown Law, where he was a Business Law Scholar. During law school, Leo interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Corporation Finance and worked on fund formation matters as a summer associate at a law firm in New York City. After earning his J.D., Leo joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates as an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where he assists clients on securities, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other SEC-related matters.*
