Nikita Buchko is a 2025 graduate and Member of Cohort 6 of the Business Law Scholars Program. He is currently a Law Clerk at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York.

During law school, Nikita was a Staff Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law and is involved in the Corporate and Financial Law Organization.

Nikita graduated from McGill University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in Economics and Management. He was an Editor of the McGill International Review and was a competitive debater with the McGill Debating Union.

After graduating from McGill, he spent two years at Bell Canada, Canada’s largest telecommunications company, working on their marketing and operations teams.

Nikita is from Minsk, Belarus. His interests include skiing, biking in the city, cooking, aviation, and urbanism. He is natively fluent in Russian and has a conversational grasp of French.
