Tom is a member of Cohort One of the Business Law Scholar’s Program. He graduated from Georgetown Law magna cum laude. At Georgetown, Tom was the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Journal of International Law, and was both a Law Fellow his 2L year and a Senior Writing Fellow his 3L year. Prior to law school, Tom pursued his bachelor’s degree at McGill University, where he graduated with First Class Honors. While at McGill, Tom co-founded The Decision Lab (TDL), a behavioral science consultancy dedicated to creating social good by helping individuals, organizations, and governments make more effective decisions.
