The convening will be hosted at Georgetown University Law Center (600 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001). Please check the main event page for our interactive map.
Georgetown University’s COVID testing and vaccination protocols will be dropped in May 2023, so we will not be requiring participants to attest to their vaccination status. We encourage participants to mask, but this is optional.
We have reached capacity for our hotel room block arrangement with the Hyatt Regency. There are several hotels nearby that may still have vacancies (the Yotel Washington DC, Kimpton George Hotel, Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill, Phoenix Park Hotel).
No, participants will be responsible for arranging their own travel to the hotel and conference site. The Hyatt Regency is a block away from Georgetown Law Center.
We will provide breakfast and lunch for both convening days (June 1 & 2) as well as coffee and snacks throughout both days. There will also be a reception on the evening of June 1, with hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
No, this event is free of charge for participants.
No, this convening will only be held in person.
