Erin Murphy of Kirkland and Ellis, who is a counsel representing the New York Rifle & Pistol Association in addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor at GULC, will discuss the upcoming Supreme Court case of New York Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen. Judge Thomas Hardiman of the Third Circuit, who is also an Adjunct Professor at GULC, will be offering commentary in response to Ms. Murphy’s talk.
