The EPA has put forward a proposal to repeal regulations on vehicle emissions and rescind the Endangerment Finding that allows the agency to regulate greenhouse gases.  The Georgetown Climate Center and Georgetown Environmental Law and Policy Program are bringing together law professors and climate policy experts to discuss the legal process and implications of this proposal and what it means for climate change and environmental protection.
