The Journal of National Security Law & Policy hold an annual symposium consisting of 3-4 panels and a keynote speaker. Co-sponsors include the Center on National Security. A collection of distinguished experts for three panels will address the modernization of the CFIUS framework, sanctions in the era of the conflict in Ukraine, and managing supply chain risks in times of global crisis.
