Join the Workers Rights Institute (WRI) and the American Constitution Society (ACS) to hear from a panel of local workers and labor lawyers who have been involved in organizing about what led them to unionize, the legal challenges they have faced, and what lessons they have for students interested in labor law. The panel will be moderated by Mark Gaston Pearce, former chairman of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Light refreshments will be provided.
