Professor Kristin Henning, the Blume Professor of Law and Director of the Juvenile Justice Clinic and Initiative, will present on her new book: The Rage of Innocence: How America Criminalizes Black Youth. Her analysis examines disparities in policing practices, particularly as it pertains to Black youth. During this conversation, she will also examine the psychological impacts discriminatory policing can have on young persons of color.
