Attendees will include legal scholars, staff from all three branches of government, and NGO staff and leaders. Spurred by the publication of Joseph Fishkin and William E. Forbath’s, The Anti-Oligarchy Constitution: Reconstructing the Economic Foundations of American Democracy, participants will explore the long tradition of progressive constitutional political economy, and how it might be revived in this unique and challenging political moment.
