Is a river alive? Do trees have standing? Join us for a conversation about the Rights of Nature movement, an international and indigenous-led effort to restore right relation with the natural world.

Will Falk, an environmental activist and lawyer at the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund, in conversation with Professor Sherally Munshi, will talk about the successes and failures of the rights of nature movement, the limitations of existing legal frameworks, and his own journey as an activist and lawyer.
