The Center on Transnational Business and the Law (CTBL) focuses on the complex legal and public policy issues faced by businesses that operate across borders in today’s global economic environment.

Please join its faculty director, Professor Don De Amicis, for an information session about the activities of the CTBL. We welcome participation by J.D. and LL.M. students with an interest in learning more about the ways that law intersects with transnational business.
