Mobilize Recovery 2025 Campus Surge

Mobilize Recovery is bringing the Campus Surge 2025 initiative to Georgetown University as part of a nationwide effort to address the challenges of substance use and mental health among college students. This event aims to raise awareness, provide resources, and support students in starting or furthering their advocacy journey for recovery within their communities. This event will include free lunch, hands-on overdose prevention and response training, distribution of overdose reversal agents and fentanyl test strips to reduce fatalities, and a groundbreaking collegiate recovery research presentation by Dr. Noel Vest, featured as part of a panel discussion that includes students from Hoyas for Recovery.
