Aaron Panner is a partner at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick, specializing in antitrust and appellate law. His notable Supreme Court cases include Verizon Communications v. Law Offices of Curtis V. Trinko; Bell Atlantic v. Twombly; Pacific Bell v. linkLine (which he argued); Ohio v. American Express; and Apple v. Pepper. He was part of the winning trial team in FTC v. Meta Platforms and has successfully argued for antitrust plaintiffs and defendants in courts of appeals across the country. He has written about antitrust law for Competition Policy International and the Yale Law Journal. He also has an extensive pro bono practice representing the American Psychiatric Association and the Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, among other organizations.

Panner received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Yale University, and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he won the Fay Diploma as the top graduate in his class. Before entering private practice, he clerked for the late Judge Michael Boudin of the First Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice Stephen Breyer.
