Andy Braden is an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching the Income Tax and Accounting course in LL.M. program. By day, he is a Senior Counsel at the IRS: Office of Chief Counsel, specializing in inventory, accounting methods, and related issues.
Mr. Braden began his career in tax in 2002, working for H&R Block as a seasonal tax preparer. As a native of Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Braden attended the Ohio State University where he received a B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Mr. Braden returned to the Ohio State University to receive a J.D. in 2011. Following law school, Mr. Braden took a position at the Internal Revenue Service: Office of Chief Counsel: Income Tax and Accounting.
