He is a seasoned tax and legal professional who worked in large and boutique law firms in three countries (US, Japan and the Philippines) specializing in taxation, labor, litigation and corporate law. He was most recently the Employment Tax Director for Marriott International (via Accenture) for almost 7 years and led a team of 20 professionals performing payroll tax compliance and stock & equity. He also worked in Big 4 public accounting for almost 6 years in Metro Washington, DC. He previously interned for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, the D.C. Office of Tax and Revenue, and in Big 4.
