Professor Rechden works as the General Counsel for a distressed investment fund with offices in New York, London and Madrid. Prior to this role, he was lead counsel for Special Operations in Asia and Latin America at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, where he started working in 2004. Professor Rechden has extensive international finance and cross-border restructuring and litigation experience.
