Courtney Dixon serves as an attorney in the Appellate Section of the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she handles a wide range of civil litigation on behalf of the United States and its agencies. Ms. Dixon joined the Appellate Staff after clerking for Judge Karen Nelson Moore on the Sixth Circuit and Judge Lucy Koh on the Northern District of California. In 2022, Ms. Dixon served on detail as an Associate Counsel in the White House Counsel’s Office.
