B.S., California Institute of Technology; J.D., cum laude, Georgetown. Professor Vasquez is a retired partner of White & Case LLP and now practices as F.A. Vasquez Consulting. His work spans a variety of subjects, including the representation of foreign sovereigns and international organizations, general commercial litigation and arbitration, antitrust, bankruptcy and investigations conducted by U.S. government agencies. In pro bono matters, he has represented individuals with AIDS in employment discrimination cases and in the first use of the defense of medical necessity in the State of Maryland.
