B.A., Yale; M.B.A., J.D., University of Virginia. Professor Jenney is a Senior Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster, and is a member of the firm’s Finance + Projects Group. His practice focuses on international project finance, political risk insurance and cross-border investment transactions, with a particular emphasis on structuring, lending, political risk, and intercreditor issues. He has perviously served as Assistant General Counsel of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), where he represented OPIC as a senior lender and political risk insurer in a broad range of worldwide transactions.
