Jacob Glick is Policy Counsel at the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection. Prior to joining the Institute, he served as Investigative Counsel for the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol, where he a lead attorney on the Select Committee’s investigations into the rise of far-right domestic extremism and the role of social media in the insurrection.

Jacob previously served as counsel for Representative Jamie Raskin’s Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, where his oversight work focused on evaluating the federal government’s response to the evolving threat of far-right extremism. During his tenure on the Oversight Committee, he also served as counsel for the House Managers’ legal team during the second impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump.

Jacob started his legal career as a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. In 2018, he graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was involved in the Democracy and the Rule of Law Clinic and served on the Editorial Board of the Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Cornell University.
