Professor Moore is currently a Manager in the Partnership Transactions Group of the National Tax Department of Ernst & Young LLP. He has previously worked as an attorney in the Passthroughs & Special Industries division of the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and as a clerk for Judge Albert G. Lauber of the United States Tax Court. Professor Moore received his Taxation LL.M. from Georgetown University where he graduated with distinction and was a member of the Graduate Tax Scholars program.
