Professor John D. Graubert is a Senior Counsel at Covington and Burling LLP. He served as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Trade Commission from 1998 to 2008. Mr. Graubert also served as law clerk to the Honorable Joe M. Ingraham, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
