He has been involved in a broad range of civil and criminal antitrust matters, as well as financial services litigation, Lanham Act litigation, criminal defense, executive compensation litigation, False Claims Act litigation, legal malpractice defense, federal criminal investigations, grand jury practice, and international arbitration. Prior to practicing law, Professor Pitt served as Assistant Deputy Mayor of Philadelphia under then-mayor Edward G. Rendell.
