B.A. magna cum laude, Columbia College 1970; J.D., Stanford Law School 1973. Professor Weisgall practiced law at Covington & Burling and at Ginsburg, Feldman, Weil & Bress. He is currently vice president for government relations for Berkshire Hathaway Energy, a global provider of energy services that provides electric and natural gas service to more than 8.4 million customers worldwide. Professor Weisgall was a law clerk to Judge Ben. C. Duniway on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
