Jonathon H. Foglia is a partner with Cozen O’Connor and a member of its Transportation & Trade Practice Group. Immediately prior to joining his current firm, Jonathon spent nearly 13 years with the law firm of KMA Zuckert LLC (f/k/a Zuckert, Scott & Rasenberger), eight of which were spent as a partner. Jonathon also served as a presidential management fellow in the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and worked in the planning department of a major U.S. airline. He has counseled aviation industry clients for more than a decade on a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters. A significant part of Jonathon’s practice involves representing U.S. and foreign airlines before a number of federal government agencies that regulate aviation operations, including the DOT, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, and Customs and Border Protection. Jonathon has been honored by peer-review publications as a leading aviation attorney, including: Chambers USA, Who’s Who Legal, and Expert Guides. Additionally, he serves as the editor-in-chief for the American Bar Association’s Air & Space Lawyer.
