Professor Korotky is an attorney with the Tax Practice Group of Covington & Burling LLP, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of transactional and controversy tax matters. Before joining Covington, Professor Korotky clerked for two judges at the U.S. Tax Court. She holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown and a J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law, where she taught a legal writing course to foreign-trained attorneys seeking an LL.M. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
