Professor De Vos is the founder and senior partner of De Vos & Co., PLLC, a boutique law firm specializing in providing legal advice on international tax and business matters. Prior to teaching at Georgetown, Professor De Vos had been a visiting professor teaching courses in international tax policy and tax treaties at the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California in joint programs with the University of Salzburg, Austria, and the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and at the University of Haifa, Israel. Professor De Vos has had the distinction of being a plaintiff in a matter decided by the United States Supreme Court. In addition to being admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and a number of Federal Courts, Professor De Vos is also admitted to practice before the District Court of Virgin Islands, the Superior Court of Guam and the High Court of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
