Meghan Federman is a Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Lowenstein Sandler, LLP, where she is a member of the private client services group. Meg counsels high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies tailored to preserve and grow multigenerational wealth. Meg works closely with clients to develop integrated estate and business succession plans, and she guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, tax filings, and asset distribution. Meg is a frequent speaker and writer on the generation-skipping transfer tax, taxation of closely-held business interests, and planning with qualified small business stock. Mrs. Federman holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Biology from Yale University.
